H@ppy Friday! TwitterRound Whaaaat?

H@ppy Friday! H@ppy Weekend! Something is happening all the time. And with Twitter people have something to say about it
(in 140 characters nonetheless!) Our T.G.I.F appetizers - a big h.u.g.e from us to you - kicking off the weekend - are our Twitter Roundups. In these posts we will focus on Tweeters with content that speaks to specific dates in history related to our “Predictable But Fun” themes. Themes like: technology as a socializing tool, films, contemporary love, digital living, wedding gown, chocolate :) and more. Because at the end of the day [or the end of the week] we’re all connected, thinking about the same subjects, and contemplating similar dilemmas in this web of a world.

i wish i had 20 minutes of tweeting home work! it could be good for an english class assignment maybe, kind of similar to the journal assignments i had to do back in the day when all we had was the old, gray, chunky gameboy. oh memories.

The new iPad

The first thing that came to mind when I read this was the new iPad, released this week. What does everyone think about it? Well, I'll tell you what I think, haha :) It seems like a large iTouch! Without Flash support or a camera, I'm not sure how it brings anything new to the table. Not to mention the name ... But, I suppose if you are fresh off to college, it is good for emailing and getting papers done, even taking notes in class.

Definitely into this new Friday topic!

Cheers,
Melissa

It's always interesting to

It's always interesting to see what people manage to say in 140 characters or less. This is a cool idea and great to end the week on. TGIF, tweet, tweet!
